I have no idea what this hat is made of, other then the gold lurex thread in the black trim.

I guess it's acrylic boucle.
Attached to the trim are 5 gold tone bells with long glass bugle beads spilling out.

Hat has an Off the Hook Design label sewn in as well as my tag attached.
