Flowered Fringed

A new twist to this fun design was to add the flower to the top as opposed to the tie tacks that now have another use.

This hat is 100% cotton except for the clear heart shaped bead in the center of the flower. The fringe colors range from burgundy to scarlet with shades of purple. It measures, 23" around with a draw string to adjust to a smaller size. It is positioned to add length to the tapered do. It is 9" deep.
