The Base of fun hat is black, 100% acrylic
The yarn applied to the top came to me without the wrapper, so I did a search to find this yarn.
I could not find the rainbow colors of this lot of extra long eyelash yarn, but I suspect that it's by Trendsetters.
It appears to be a nylon, rayon, mohair blend. If you have problems with mohair, it does not touch the skin, so your safe.

Hat measures, 7.5" deep by 23" around making it a size Large that can adjust to a size Medium because of the draw string.

It can also double as an unusual evening bag, if you pull the draw string tight and use it as a handle.

This is a warm hat because of the double layers.
